Meet Armando Cataldi.
The Trainer.

Armando is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Sports Performance Coach. A Physical Education Teacher for over twenty years, he has coached and trained thousands of high school student athletes. Armando earned his Bachelors in Physical Education and Masters in Sports Management from Brooklyn College.

Armando uses a variety of training techniques in his program ranging from bodyweight training, traditional weight lifting for strength and power, resistance bands and Sport Specific speed, agility and quickness movements to develop athleticism. Armando’s philosophy is to promote general physical wellness by improving cardiovascular fitness, functional mobility, enhancing muscular strength and endurance and increasing flexibility.
