Strength & Conditioning

Beginning June 15, 2017 COACH CAT will start its six week High School Strength & Conditioning program. This program is specifically designed for High School Athletes who have limited experience in the weight room. A major emphasis will be placed on correct form and technique for each exercise. Each workout will start with dynamic warm-ups that include Mobility & Flexibility drills.

The High School Strength & Conditioning will begin on Monday, June 15 and run through Friday, July 31. You can choose from Two, Three or Four day Training Programs. Times & availability are first come first serve, sign up today!
