Youth Athletic Development

Youth Athletic Development training is the most popular program at CATJAY FITNESS. This program is open to all Junior & Senior High School students. COACH CAT draws upon his twenty plus years of experience as a Physical Education Teacher and Coach in the NYC. Department of Education. Youth Athletic Development training programs are conducted in one on one, small group, or team settings.

  • Body Weight Movements (Squats, Jumps, Lunge, Landing Techniques)
